About

Music made for real aqua classes

Aquanetics is built by Gabriel Marciel on California's Central Coast.

Where it started

The first mix was a one-hour Disco Hour track made for a working aqua instructor's class, laid out as warm-up, main set and cool-down so she could press play once and teach.

Later versions tightened the details. Songs now cross over with beat-matched 2 to 3 second crossfades, each mix is loudness-matched to −14 LUFS so the volume stays even, and every BPM on the cue sheet is measured from the audio.

How the music is made

Every track is original instrumental music, generated with Suno and then arranged, edited and mastered into one continuous hour for a specific class format. Gentle / Senior and Themed Hour mixes are in production next.
